Menashe holds a first degree (LL.B) in Law with honors, as well as a second degree (LL.M) in Law with honors from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. During his studies, Menashe served as a member of the editorial board of the law journal "Mishpatim," and worked as a teaching assistant and research assistant.
Menashe completed his internship at the Supreme Court, under the Deputy President of the Supreme Court, Judge (retired) Menachem Elon.
Following his admission to the bar, Menashe worked for several years at a law firm in the commercial field. Menashe joined the professional team of Ron-Festinger Law Office in 1997.
In addition to handling medical malpractice, tort, and insurance cases, Attorney Kogut also coordinates the Defense Ministry's claims against insurance companies for compensation paid to soldiers injured in traffic accidents in civilian vehicles. This is a specialized expertise in a field that involves tort law, traffic accidents, compensation, and more. Attorney Kogut has even won several cases of this type that reached the Supreme Court due to the principled issues they raised.
